A donator store item or vote store item called "upgrade scroll" can hold 5, and 10 percent increases on upgrades at upgrade stones. These scrolls can be bought a dpoint store and vote store. The scrolls can be used once and will increase the users upgrade percentage on every upgrade/forge by the percentage given on the scroll. Considering this is quite overpowered, the dpoint store should sell it starting at around 2500 dpoints for the 5%, and 10k for the 10%. The vote store could sell around 50k-75k for the 5% and 150k for the 10% scroll. These can stack to a total of 15% increase on upgrade chance. This will help the wealthy upgrade stronger gear to resell. This will develop an influx of gear for purchase, and may also be a push for cash dumping on upgrades. This will also lead to an increase in voting consistency and voter scroll costs, (Which I think have been neglected over the last month or so). Just a thought, the programming necessary for attributing the % chance on upgrades may get a little sticky considering everyone has the same % currently. Seems like an intuitive task to ask; however, the outcome towards the economy and playing experience may be well worth it!
