1. Make upgrade stones more relevant
1 option is to upgrade Salvation armour pieces, same way as u forge custom raids items. Might be added to other items aswell, like tectonic, incursio and custom justi for improved rate. Crystals are losing their value.
2. Add more drops to salvation drop table. something like boxes.
Would make salvation more relevant. 
3. Make most damage get higher chance at hitting rare drop table at Salvation Warrior. Like nightmare in osrs.
Tbf, it is tilting to carry out the salvation kills and getting sniped for all drops. Imo, that is a bit unfair.
4. Forging yellow, red and green iron armor to get something like oreo armor. Will make iron npc's relevant.
5. Ironman afk tree (i)
Pretty much combining afk tree and iron afk tree for uber or deluxe +
