Boosting prayers for range and magic

Really feel like Magic and Ranged need a prayer similar to turmoil to increase damage output. 
Similarly maybe turmoil could be changed to boost all three styles
Or these prayers could be unlocks from raid rewards / donator ranks etc.

Augury and Rigour would definitely be something amazing to add to the game. Never thought about it since Mage is a little OP from Hope Staff + but for low - mid tier gear it would be helpful
